The issue:

On November 3, 2023, TSN reported that the Western Mustangs womens' hockey team had written a letter to the President of Western University, indicating that they would boycott all games and practices run by coach Candice Moxley after third party investigation into allegations of misconduct.

 

The women's hockey team student-athletes contend that the third party investigation was done by someone with connections to the university, and is asking for a new investigation  into the claims of misconduct - done by an independent third party.
